Brasserie Caracole
All Caracole beers are top-fermented, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle. They are brewed with care in copper kettles heated by a wood-burning stove, in exactly the same way as the founders of the brewery in the 18th century.

Pilsner malt mixed with wheat. Generously hopped with the best Saaz hops, with a pinch of coriander. “Fruit and vegetable” nose. Supple and elegant taste. Light bitterness. Serve fresh, without the yeast.

Nostradamus
Cocktail of five special malts and Styrian hops. Complex aroma with hint of port, chocolate and pear. Full-bodied gourmet taste, smooth and rich. Drink at cellar temperature in winter, by the fireside.
